A little about me…
Now calling the US “home” I’m originally from Sydney, Australia. For more than two decades I’ve worked globally with food in the media: publishing, television, online & with food companies. During my career as a food stylist, recipe creator, cookbook author, cooking show host, food photographer & a certified nutritionist I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen.
As a bit of a gypsy, my work & curiosity have taken me to many countries, gaining insight into different cultures’ foods, inspiring me in my cooking. My approach to cooking is the same as life – diving into it passionately & boldly while welcoming simplicity. Life at times can be complicated, cooking & improving your health don’t need to be.
