Carrot, Beet, Orange & Ginger Juice

Carrots & beets are powerful anti oxidants. This juice as well as supplying you with essential nutrients, will also hydrate you. I bought the bottles on Amazon - they're 500ml (about 2 cups). It is crucial you don't overfill the bottles - I know first hand, or they can break & you will not only have a mess to clean up but you won't be able to drink them. Instead, leave some room for the liquid to grow as it freezes. I leave the caps loose too just in case, then I screw them on once the juice is frozen. The amounts listed in the recipe are for one serving. When I make this in bulk, I multiply it by how many days I want to have juice. I usually make it once a week - so seven days. Or I make it fresh each morning. Also, please note, this is NOT for a blender, it is a juice extractor. if you can locate a cold-pressed juicer then that this better as it supposedly doesn't kill the nutrients but I think it is marginally. Cold press juicer press more slowly then regular non-cold pressed ones. It takes me 10 minutes to juice & clean up when I make a single serving. It takes me about 30 minutes when I do a week's worth.
